Set Up and Tear Down

Gates to Warrior Beer Company will be opened at 10 am for vendors to arrive and set up.  All vendors should be ready to go for shoppers by 11:30 am.  If additional time is needed to set up, please reach out to Magnetic Memories to discuss options.

The makers market will be over at 7:00 pm.  Vendors are required to stay until the end of the event.  Vehicles cannot be brought into the loading area until all guests have left.  Event organizers have the right to end the event early due to weather or low shopper turn out.  

​

All vendors are responsible for bringing any set up items needed for space - tables, canopy, chairs, etc. 

​

All items brought onto the premises, including all unsold items, must be removed at the end of the market. Warrior Beer Company is not responsible for disposing of any unwanted items.   If you leave any items behind, you will not be able to participate in future Maker's Market events.  

​

Utilities

Electricity and water is not available for vendors participating in the Markers on Tap market.  If electricity is needed, please come prepared with a power station or quiet generator.

Rain or Shine

This is a rain or shine event.  Refunds will not be given if you choose not to set up due to the weather.

Hold Harmless Clause

Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Emerald Coast Crafts and Warrior Beer Company, the event organizers, property owners, hosts, and their respective owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to Vendor’s participation in the Maker's Market.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal injury, illness, or death

• Property damage or theft

• Product liability claims

• Any incidents caused by Vendor, Vendor’s employees, agents, setup, equipment, or merchandise

• ​

Vendor acknowledges that participation is at their own risk. Emerald Coast Crafts and event affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Vendor’s property, equipment, inventory, or personal belongings at any time before, during, or after the event.

Agreement

Buy submitting the form below and payment, you agree to the above stated terms and conditions.
